Biography

Matt Rule is the Head of Regional Development for Results Coaching Systems (RCS). In this capacity, Matt works with the 15 international regions that RCS currently operates in within 3 main areas:

    • Business unit strategy, marketing & branding
    • Skills & people development for regional teams through training & knowledge sharing across regions
    • New product strategy and regional roll-out

Matt also works on specific corporate projects, particularly wide-scale and/or global initiatives due to the significant experience he's had in consulting and project managing initiatives since starting with RCS.

Matt is the longest serving full time employee at Results Coaching Systems, having been with the company for 8 years.

During his time with RCS, Matt has worked for the Australian business and the UK business, before taking on the Global Head of Operations role in 2005.

In this role, Matt was instrumental in the development of RCS’ consulting, project management and measurement intellectual property. This IP is now utilised by RCS employees and contractors around the world.

Matt has also held the roles of Australian Regional Manager and Global Sales and Marketing Manager.

In early 2008, Matt began working on a new venture of RCS' CEO David Rock - the NeuroLeadership Institute. With David and the NLI team, Matt worked on building the strategic marketing plan for the NeuroLeadership Summits of 2008 and 2009 and the institute's brand identity and website.

Matt is based in Sydney, Australia. He has completed tertiary studies in Communication and is a trained, professional coach.
